Each one of our packages meets the CalBRE's 45-hour CE requirements for both brokers and agents. Our 45-hour packages include 27 hours of Consumer Protection, 3 hours of Office Management and Supervision, and 15 hours of Agency, Fair Housing, Trust Funds, Ethics and Risk Management. FREE test re-takes during your one year enrollment.

We offer three types of enrollments: Multimedia, e-book and Online-only. With a Multimedia enrollment, you receive the materials in print and e-book without a reading timer. With e-book enrollment, you receive the materials online in PDF and HTML format without a reading timer. With Online-only enrollment, you receive the materials online in HTML format with a reading timer and you must log in a total of 45 hours of reading online.

After ordering, there is a $12 charge to upgrade your enrollment type from Online-only to e-book or e-book to Multimedia, and a $24 charge applies when you upgrade from Online-only to Multimedia.

A $17.50 charge applies when you switch from one package topic to another after ordering.
