Since 1977, first tuesday has been approved by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) to provide quality California real estate licensing renewal courses. The first tuesday journal, now available online as a first tuesday Membership Benefit, has been a tradition in the California real estate community since 1978, providing real estate licensees with news, critical commentary and analysis of trends that affect the practice of real estate.
