DRE's Online Evaluation and Course Provider Complaint Statements
- The DRE provides A course and instructor evaluation form at www.dre.ca.gov for use by students
- Students access this form by searching "RE 318A" in the search box located in the upper right corner of the DRE home page
- Also a course provider complaint form is available on the DRE website for use by students
- Students access this form by searching "RE 340" in the search box located in the upper right corner of the DRE home page
- Further an informational form "RE 340A" to accompany a student's course provider complaint, is available
