Obtaining your Broker License

After Completing Your Licensing Courses

Broker State Exam applications are only accepted by mail; the DRE does not currently accept online applications for the Broker State Exam. It is your responsibility to submit your Certificates of Completion for all your licensing courses to the DRE, as the DRE does not accept Certificates of Completion directly from education providers. To download your Certificates of Completion, log in to your Student Homepage or call us at 951.781.7300.

Questions: 200 Multiple Choice
Time Limit: 5 hours; 2 hours and 30 minutes in the morning, and 2 hours and 30 minutes in the afternoon
Passing Score: 75%
