    • The 45-hr DRE CE course in this combo is: 1001 "Video Renewal Course: Real Estate Made Reel™"
    • This 45 hr course consists exclusively of video presentations
    • 25 hrs of online video presentation covering California ownership concepts and real estate law, the use of various types of listing agreements, proper handling of property disclosures, applied real estate valuation, notes and their provisions, and foreclosure proceedings

  • How the 45-hr DRE CE works
    • Complete the 45 hr course anytime within one year of enrollment
    • Study for at least 6 days after enrollment before taking exams
    • Take all the quizzes and exams online
    • Pass three sets of exams – a 24 hour wait between each set of exams
    • Submit your renewal application to DRE within 90-days of your expiration date
